ORDERING INSTRUCTIONS:
The thermal camera needs to be calibrated for each additional lens, whether purchased with the camera or after. When purchased with the camera, FLIR perform the calibrations before they ship the order.

If lenses are purchased at a later date, a calibration charge of $750 per lens will be added. If the lens is purchased within 6 months of the camera purchase, the calibration charge of $750 per lens is waived.

Once a lens is purchased, an RMA number will be issued for the customer to return (at customer's expense) the camera to FLIR for the lens mating process.

Once FLIR receives the camera, the lead time is 8 to 10 business days.
