Benefits and Advantages

Quicker, more accurate diagnostics: easily spot hidden problem using sub-psi pressure dynamics

Simplify cumbersome procedures: convenience, better visibility and less frustration improves productivity and employee morale. Staff see appropriate tools and training as tokens of faith and respect from management.

Fewer unnecessary or inappropriate repairs: reduce costs on current maintenance contracts, allow you to bid more aggressively for new contracts.

Rapid payback: Allows you to save 10 - 15 minutes or more at many jobs. Soon the analyzer is paid for and making money for you!

How it Works

Pressure readings for the low and high sides

Pressure fluctuations down to 1/4 psi

Bubble and dew (or saturation) temperatures for up to 45 selectable refrigerants.

The patented bar graph display shows the smallest modulations about the digital reading. This allows unprecedented diagnostic power, as dynamics of valve modulation and refrigerant flow are easily visible to the technician.

These are great, wish I would have purchased a long time ago. You can't beat the accuracy or the convenience. They have been in rain, I've dropped them a few times and never one problem. There customer service is very helpful, overall great product.

I love using these digital gauges. I had one problem with the manifold itself. I had to replace the teflon fittings internal to the manifold. However after calling Doug from Digicool he quickly mailed me the material and problem solved. I would buy these same gauges again in a heartbeat.

I started with the 1200, and then upgraded the unit with the 1250 conversion kit. I purchased the unit a number of year ago, and I have worked in every enviornment in the country with this system There has not been a single instance of regret, to the contrary, I love this work, and am still excited every time I pull hem out of the truck. I wanted to say much more regarding this fine product, but am limited to 500

I live and work in Maine. My AK900 is in rain, snow, freezing rain and in summer to ODT of 90+. I bougtit withthe DigiCool manifold and it is now my favorite.I still use my DRSA 1200 but the first one out of the van is the AK 900. I have been in the trade for 26 years and it is the best set up I have ever owned.
