| GetCool™ is a software product and as such requires hardware to run. GetCool serves all equipment and can be used on all DX Cooling systems whether residential or commercial. GetCool works on any PDA that is running the Palm® 3.0 or greater operating system. Three simple steps: 1) Download GetCool here:and install on your hardware. This is a trial version you may use immediately for up to 7 days or 101 uses. 2) Call (888-224-3437) or email TruTech Tools with the following info: a) Company name and phone number: EXACTLY AS YOU ENTER INTO GETCOOL b) Application number generated by GetCool To find the Application number In the Palm, you go to About > Register and there will be an Application Number for each Palm. Contractor Info must be entered into the Palm before it will allow you to do this. 3) Enter the REGISTRATION code you receive back from TruTech Tools (usually within the next business day) and you are good to go! Hardware Requirements: User will need a Palm(R) PDA-type product running Palm OS 3.0 or greater or a Palm(R) emulator running on other hardware. GetCool will also work on any PDA or PC running a program that emulates the Palm®3.0 or greater operating system and has a touchscreen. StyleTap® is one such program for emulating the Palm OS on PocketPC® products.
