Shipping: Orders processed after 1:00 PM may ship/will ship the following day. After your order is placed, we will forward the tracking number so you can follow your package.
 
We're not satisfied unless you're satisfied!
If any product does not satisfy your needs, or if the product arrives damaged, it may be returned within 10 days of order receipt for a full product refund less return shipping. Before sending your item back, you must call our office at 1-888-224-3437 for your Return Material Authorization (RMA) number or request one by logging in to your account. Videotapes, DVDs, audiotapes, computer software (once opened), forms, reports, custom orders and leased items are not returnable. Books are returnable within 7 days of receipt. Test chemicals, once opened are not returnable. Downloads are non-refundable. Returned merchandise must be in its original box, in new condition and include all instructions, and the invoice or packing slip.
 
Damaged in Shipment? Please save the item(s) and packaging, then notify us at 1-888-224-3437 or the carrier to inspect and pickup the damaged item(s).
 
Severability:  If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be affected thereby.  In lieu of each such offending provision, a provision will be added as a part of this Agreement that is as similar to the offending provision as may be possible.
 
Ohio Law:  The laws of the State of Ohio, excluding those relating to choice or conflicts of laws, govern the validity of this Agreement, the construction of its terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties.
 
Forum Selection:  The forum for disputes between the parties hereto shall be in Akron, Ohio whether in federal, state or local courts.
 
Mediation:  The parties hereto agree to mediate their claims with third parties before seeking litigation.  Where the parties can not agree on a single mediator, they shall each choose a mediator and those mediators will choose another.  Costs will be rateably assigned to the parties.
