Description
Bacharach Informant 2 Dual Purpose Leak Detector for Refrigerants and Combustible Gas
Change sensors in seconds
The Bacharach Informant® 2 is a uniquely flexible leak detector designed for residential and commercial heating and cooling contractors. It's the only dual-purpose leak detector that can be switched from refrigerants to combustible gases (and back again) in seconds. This one unit replaces two dedicated leak detectors, saving space in your truck and money in your wallet.
The Informant® 2 has a long, flexible neck for detecting leaks in hard-to-reach areas, dual LED scales to show relative leak sizes and an auto-zeroing feature for finding leaks in backgrounds where target gas is present. The quick-change sensor tips allow for instant detection without manual sensitivity adjustments, even in areas with high background vapors or refrigerants. The finely tapered tips make accessing hard-to-reach areas simple. It is UL 913 certified (when using the combustible sensor only) for hazardous locations, and comes with a 1 year warranty including sensors.
