- Testo "Entry Level" Kits come with a Testo 510 Manometer with the TruTech Tools Accessory Pack to get you started off measuring airflow today! The Testo 510 replaces a tools box of low pressure measurement tools. With the included accessories, the 510 can be used for measuring manifold pressure, total external static pressure, pressure drops across coils and filters. With the purchase of a optional pitot tube, the 510 may also be used to measure air velocity.
- Testo "Intermediate" Kits come with a Testo 416 Mini-Vane Anemometer for measuring velocity and a Testo 510 Manometer with the TruTech Tools Accessory Pack for measuring pressure across a system. The primary advantages of vane anemometers are speed, accuracy, and ease of use. Vane anemometers do not require air density compensation due to air temperature, humidity, or atmospheric pressure. The mini-vane allows for a full duct traverse with an automatic calculation of the CFM in the duct if the dimensions are input into the instrument before the measurement is taken.
- Testo "Professional" Kits come with a Testo 417 Large-Vane Anemometer, Testo 416 Mini-Vane Anemometer, and a Testo 510 Manometer with the TruTech Tools Accessory Pack for the ultimate airflow kit! The high quality bearing in the Testo 417 yield nearly "friction-free" rotation for direct measurement of air velocity with an NTC sensor used to determine air temperature. The vanes cover all the measured area - no airflow is lost between the vane and outer ring.
