Disappointed
Right out of the package the product looks cheaply made. The glue mating the 2 halves of molding together is in no way concealed, and the trigger feels flimsy. The safety pin is a nice feature, but very difficult to remove and replace because of its size. It looks easy to lose.
When I turned it on, it spit and sputtered, never really producing a steady flow of fog. To produce the level of fog the image depicts, I really had to pull the trigger hard. After using it for maybe 3 minutes, fog fluid began to leak all over my hand, coming out mainly around the perimeter of the trigger slide.
Overall I'm pretty disappointed with this product considering it has a price tag of $35
MANUFACTURER RESPONSE:
We know that the cosmetics and function on a lot of these Dragon Puffers were terrible, which is why now we are personally inspecting and refurbishing EVERY SINGLE Dragon Puffer, before it is sent out.
We also make a small fix to the pin, so that it is easier to remove, but won’t fall out.
If you wish to exchange it, please contact TruTechTools at 888-224-3437
